Pursuant to section 11 of the Provincial Court Act, the duties of an Administrative Judicial Justice include assisting the Chief Judge with administrative matters relating to judicial justices. Judicial Justices Gerry Hayes and Lori Plater are the Court’s Administrative Judicial Justices.
